RIGHT OF EXCHANGE
are not satisfied, the right to exchange is
possible.
The shipping costs of the exchange are borne by
the customer.
If an item was purchased with free shipping
because it was purchased during a promotional
period, the shipping cost will be applied to
the amount and will not be refunded.
The products to be exchanged must be delivered
to the courier within seven working days
(7 working days) from the date of their receipt.
The products can be returned by courier or postal
parcel with receipt and traceable shipping code
only after contacting us via email and receiving
a response from us.
The right of exchange is considered exercised
correctly if the following conditions are fully
respected:
The products must not have been used,worn,
washed or damaged;
The identification tag must still be attached
to the products;
Returned products must be sent to the Seller in
a single shipment. The Seller, in fact,
reserves the right not to accept items from the
same order, returned and shipped at different
times;
Returned products must be delivered to the
courier within three working days from the
date you received the products.
If all the required conditions are respected,
the Seller will be able to change the product,
with the buyer only paying the return costs and
the shipping costs for the exchange, i.e. those
for returning the purchased/exchanged products
to the Seller.
